Why Motoroil Special should be in the box
Motoroil works because it shifts. The Special variant provides extra identity and more visual presence when conditions require it.
This makes it strong when the perch is hunting small fish, but the water dampens thinner colors.
Problem: Regular motor oil is gaining interest but sometimes becomes too neutral.
Solution Enhanced motor oil profile with more presence in colored water.
Buy it to have a stronger humus and depth selection than standard motor oil.
Quick choice by the water
- Best when humus, deep edges, clouds, low sun and fish that follow without taking.
- Species Perch on edges, pike perch in colored water and low light.
- Water: Cliffs, rocks/gravel, dark coves, jetties and vegetation edges.
- First, avoid super-clear shallow water where a pure baitfish color may be more believable.
This is how you fish it
- Fish along deeper edges and dark transitions.
- Use stops where the bait changes direction or falls.
- Switch to Motoroil Special when standard paints feel too thin.
- If the fish are shy: go down to AC or Arkansas.
Color logic
In humus and depth, light is quickly attenuated. A changing but enhanced color can provide more readability without becoming pure neon.
Motoroil Special is therefore a premium choice for colored water and deeper hunting.
