Rocket Bug Whiteout Flare

Chalk white body and signal orange paddles in an uncompromising color designed for contrast, movement and clear visual presence.

White body. Orange paddles. Zero attempts to disappear.
A signal bait with a clear mission

Whiteout Flare should not blend in

The white body creates a bright and cohesive Rocket Bug profile. The signal orange paddles create a strong break of color behind the body and make the bait's movement easier to perceive.

The color is designed for occasions when you want to leave the gentle natural tones in the box and show the fish a clear, fast and hard-to-ignore presentation.

Made for a limited edition

Whiteout Flare is not part of the fixed color range. It is available as long as the current Limited Edition batch is available. Once the batch is sold out, the color will be removed from the store and the next production is not guaranteed.

The Whiteout Flare effect

A bright body with paddles that light up the entire silhouette

The contrast between white and orange gives the body and paddles two separate visual roles.

Whiteout bodysuit

All white head profile

The opaque body creates a clean and cohesive visual expression without glitter or distracting details.

Flare paddles

Signal orange movement

The orange paddles create a distinct color break that changes as the arms open, close and change angle.

Contrast trigger

Two colors – two signals

The light body holds the presentation together while the paddles create color separation and movement behind it.

When the natural colors disappear in the surroundings , Whiteout Flare responds with full contrast.

Therefore, color fills a place of its own.

For those times when discreet is simply too discreet

Clear over dark bottom The white body separates itself from vegetation, wood, dark rock and shaded bottom areas.
Orange color break The paddles add a warm signal behind the body without the entire bait needing to be orange.
Easy to follow The light body makes it easier to follow the direction of the bait when fishing in shallower waters and near visible structure.
Reaction-oriented color An option when you want to test a sharper presentation against active or curious fish.
When Whiteout Flare is at its best

Start with it when you need more visibility and clearer contrast

Humus-colored water White and orange create a clear color contrast against browner and darker water.
Cloudy weather The white body gives a bright basic impression when the ambient light is dim.
Dawn and Dusk The color combination is designed for presentations where silhouette and color separation need to be clear.
Shadowed Structure Fish around piers, bridges, posts, wood and vegetation where the background is dark.
Active fish A good test when the fish is hunting, moving a lot and reacting to clear presentations.
When the standard colors don't work Switch to Whiteout Flare when green, brown, and black have become too predictable.
When will it be installed?

Use Whiteout Flare as a deliberate color change

After dark colors
Go from silhouette to contrast If black or dark green hasn't responded, Whiteout Flare gives you a completely different visual presentation.
After natural colors
Increase the color pressure When green pumpkin and brown tones feel too restrained, Whiteout Flare provides a quick contrast change.
As first search color
Test the fish's mood Start with the color when you want to quickly see if the fish reacts to a clear and aggressive presentation.
Recommended rigging

Let the rig control how much work the paddlers get to do

Texas rig For fishing near vegetation, wood and other structure where a more protected hook placement is appropriate.
Free rig Gives the Rocket Bug a freer fall where the body and paddles can visually separate.
Carolina rig To search larger bottom areas and drag the color combination over rocks, gravel and softer bottom.
Jig trailer The orange paddles give the jig a strong burst of color and a wider expression behind the skirt.
Light jig head For controlled falls and slow retrieves along open bottoms and edges.
Weightless offset For slower presentation above vegetation and in shallower water.
Fishing Whiteout Flare

Let the body be visible and the paddles create the color change

The Rocket Bug does not need to be fished quickly. The contrast becomes clear even with short movements, controlled drops and slow movements near the bottom.

Short bottom lifts: lift your body off the bottom and let the orange paddles open during the fall.
Slow trolling: drag the bait across the bottom with frequent stops near rocks, wood and vegetation.
Controlled falls: maintain light contact and let the paddles change angle behind the white body.
Pitch against structure: place the Rocket Bug near pier posts, reed pockets, wood and shaded edges.
Change the tempo: try two quick lifts followed by a longer pause when the fish doesn't take a consistent presentation.
The correct use of color

Not designed to be cautious.
Designed to be seen.

Whiteout Flare is not the obvious first choice for shy fish in crystal clear, shallow water under strong sunlight, where a more transparent natural color can provide a softer presentation.

The strength of color begins when you need contrast, reaction and a clear color break close to structure.
