The clearer information you send from the start, the faster we can help you. Order number, product name, image, rig, question and brief context make a big difference.
Not all cases are the same. An order question needs different information than a product question. A catch report needs different information than a collaboration. Choose the path that best suits your case.
For questions about your order, payment, delivery, shipping, tracking or changes, always include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
For help choosing bait, color or rig. Write down the species, water color, depth, bottom, season and how the fish behaves. Then we can give much better advice.
Have you caught fish at CNW Baits? Please send us a picture, video, bait, rig, species and a short description. Exact location is not normally needed.
For questions about returns, right of withdrawal and how to return an item, please read the returns information before contacting us.
For product errors, damage, missing product or anything else that needs to be reviewed. Send order number, description and clear pictures.
For ambassadors, stores, collaborations, content creators and other serious inquiries. Write who you are and what you want to build together with CNW Baits.
A short “hello, where is my order?” can be answered, but it takes longer. Send the correct information directly so we don’t have to chase information back and forth.
Product questions: the more you tell us about species, water, bottom and presentation, the better advice we can give. Sport fishing is about situation, not just color.

For small fish profile: Bleaky Slim or Slinky. For slow bottom contact: Rib Leech, NED-Stick or Nemo Craw depending on the bottom and tempo.
Send via Instagram. Feel free to include bait, rig, species, water environment and if we can publish the material. Exact location is not necessary.
