Why BloodWorm should be in the box

The reddish-brown tone gives more of a feeling of bottom food, worm, larva or damaged small prey than of shiny small fish. It is exactly right when the predator is moving low and does not want to hunt hard.

The Slinky's slow, slender body makes the BloodWorm particularly strong when you want to let the bait float, sink or be pulled home in a controlled manner close to the bottom.

Quick choice by the water

• Best when humus water, soft bottom, cloudy weather, after rain and slow perch/zander.
• Species Perch picking low, pike perch in low light and near-bottom presentation.
• Water Mud, mud, vegetation edges, rocks/gravel, dark coves and slow transitions.
• First, avoid clear active small fish hunting high in the water where baitfish colors often start better.

This is how you fish it

1. Fish it slower than a classic jig.
2. Let the Slinky fall or hover near the bottom after short lifts.
3. Keep the bait in areas where the fish can study it.
4. If you get small bumps: reduce the movement and extend the break.

Color logic

Reddish-brown tones often give an organic, bottom-facing signal in colored water where precise color details are still dampened by particles and humus.
